If you are a techie like me, it is better to build your own power bank instead of buying it. It will make you feel happy and you'll end up saving some money.

Caution:
If your not good at soldering it is better if you do it under someone's guidance. All the best do it safely,Apparatus:
(I have mentioned best buyer's links as well.)
1. Old laptop battery.
2. Soldering iron and wire.
3. DIY charging board.
4. Double sided tape.
The making:
Step 1: Get an old laptop battery. Pop open it and remove the cells in it.
Separate them and check the voltage rating of each and every cell, if the voltage is approx 4v then it is of use or else it's useless.
Step 2: Now take all the healthy batteries and solder them paralleled.
Step 3: Now that you have the soldering part its time to connect the circuit. Connect the +ve terminal of the batteries to the B+ pin and the -ve terminal to the B- pin on the circuit of the charging board.
Don't do this.
1. Don't do lose connections. Use soldering iron for connection only. Loose connection will make your power useless.
2. Don't go for unhealthy batteries.
3. Don't make it dirty and complicated.
Take all the safety measures, have fun and be safe. Know the science behind it, if you know the science it's not dangerous!
